Our woolen clothing is made from the finest merino wool, ordered from mulesing-free farms. We never compromise on quality, so when you buy clothes from WoolLand you should know that you are getting wool of the highest class.
Micron value
The wool we use in our garments has a low micron value, which means that the fibers are longer and create finer ripples, which means that the garment is soft, durable and does not sting the skin.
If the micron value is below 21.5, it can be called merino wool, and therefore many wool garments are at exactly that level. WoolLand's products have a micron that is as low as 18. This means that even those who struggle with, for example, atopic eczema can often wear our woolen clothes without itchiness. The wool we use also has extra good hold and is pre-shrunk, so that it does not shrink in the wash.
